Rebecca Tinucci's career shift to Uber as Global Head of Sustainability marks a significant milestone in the ride-sharing giant's environmental strategy. Rebecca's impressive background includes nearly six years as Senior Director of Charging Infrastructure at Tesla. Her crowning achievement was the groundbreaking initiative to open Tesla's charging network to non-Tesla EVs, which required deft negotiations with industry titans like Ford, Rivian and General Motors.

At Uber, Rebecca will report directly to Andrew Macdonald, Senior Vice President of Mobility and Business Operations. Her mandate is clear: ensure Uber's fleet and services align with the company's ambitious environmental goals.
