My keynote will center on harnessing AI to elevate customer experiences specifically within the manufacturing sector. We’ll explore how to apply machine learning for ‘just in time’ marketing, AI-enhanced media planning, computer vision in creative proofing and generative AI to optimise content creation.
The presentation will include practical, real-world examples of how AI technologies—such as machine learning, computer vision and custom GPTs—can streamline and personalise customer interactions.
By showing how these tools can translate into meaningful, data-driven customer experiences, our session aims to bridge the gap between traditional manufacturing operations and modern customer engagement strategies.
Explore the themes
In our digital age, it has never been more important than now to stay informed of the latest technological advancements in our industries to innovate, adapt and thrive in a rapidly changing landscape.
Throughout the day, our captivating agenda will explore a number of themes, including -
- The future trajectory of AI
- Internet of Things (IoT)
- Sustainable Manufacturing
- EVs and mobility
- Digital innovation
- The future of customer demand
Last week, we caught up with GFT’s Chief Revenue Officer for the US, Scott Hofmann, to discover what he was most looking forward to at Manufacturing & Mobility LIVE.
So many companies still see digital transformation as a massively expensive investment that they have to go all in right out of the gate. Our goal is to show manufacturers that this doesn’t have to be the case.
For many, taking an incremental approach can be just as effective and eliminate some of the potential drawbacks that come from doing too much too fast.
If companies take one thing away from Manufacturing & Mobility LIVE, I hope it’s that digital transformation can be as approachable, customizable and scalable as they want it to be. The only limitations are our collective imaginations and dedication to affecting positive change.
