Shengyuan Su

Shengyuan is the Sustainability Director at Zendesk where she leads the company's sustainability and climate strategy. In this role, she guides the setting of ambitious and meaningful environmental targets and empowers cross-functional leaders to embed sustainability across the business. She also oversees Zendesk's carbon offsetting and removal programs with a goal of accelerating the global transition to net zero. Previously, Shengyuan led climate programs at Salesforce, where she incubated the very first sustainability product, 'Net Zero Cloud.' She holds a Master's degree in Environmental Management from Duke University.
