Hazim Nada
Co-Founder and CEO
Born in December 1982 in the US and growing up in the north of Italy, Hazim Nada holds an M.S. in Theoretical Physics from the University of Cambridge and a PhD in Applied Mathematics from Imperial College London in the UK. Nada studied in the world-renowned Cambridge Theoretical Physics Department before transitioning to the global finance sector. Prior to moving to the financial markets world he was specializing in String Theory and Quantum Field Theory. While being a full time PhD student he worked for Citi as a researcher, and later full time as a quantitative analyst and trader for Masefield and Merrill Lynch. In the final year of his doctorate he formed his own multinational commodities trading company which grew to multi billion dollar turnovers. A freelance pilot, and an accomplished wind tunnel flier and skydiver, Nada launched AeroGravity, Europe’s largest vertical wind tunnel, with fellow AEHRA founder Sandro Andreotti in 2015. Keen to invest in the future of sustainable mobility, and to draw on his expertise in the field of aerodynamics, Nada initiated a detailed analysis of the automotive sector with his business partners. They identified a significant opportunity to disrupt the market by creating truly desirable cars with Italian elegance, that will finally optimize the benefits that EV design affords and redefine the automotive experience, thus leading to the creation of AEHRA.
